This state of the art building with first-class technology has a circular opening and closing roof in the centre and the first large-scale 3D printed glass.

Constructed by CSCEC, Jiaxing Culture and Arts Center is a magnificent project covering an area of 110,700㎡. The overall shape of the structure resembles a wonderfully blooming “three-leaf flower”, blending the beauty of nature, architecture, and humanism while depicting the beauty of traditional aesthetics of Southeast China. As a new cultural landmark in Jiaxing, this project offers a public space for people to enjoy the cultural banquet and appreciate the artistic aura. The Jiaxing Culture and Art Center consists of the Jiaxing Art Museum, Xiuzhou Library, Xiuzhou Farmer Painting Art Museum, Xiuzhou Cultural Museum, Xiuzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Xiuzhou Mass Art Museum and Xiuhu Concert Hall. It is the largest cultural facility in Jiaxing.
